Linda Sue Joiner, age 78, of Paducah, passed away on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at Stone Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation.
Linda was born in Salem, Kentucky on September 6, 1944 to Albert and Mary Monroe Kimberlin. She loved listening to music, sewing, playing cards, board games and talking on the phone socializing with friends. She was a woman of great faith, a devoted mother, and a loving grandmother. Her kindness, generosity and love will be deeply missed by all who knew her, especially her daughter and grandchildren whom she cherished and adored.
Linda is survived by her daughter, Lori “Jaylin” Young of Paducah; one brother, Michael Kimberlin of Alabama; two grandchildren, Jessi Crooks (Josh) of Paducah, Aaron Adkins of Eddyville; five great-grandchildren, Falon Farmer (Glen), Kilee Crooks, Kaylin Crooks, Aiden Adkins, Mason Crooks; one great-great-granddaughter, Everleigh Purvis.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Larry Kimberlin, Randall Kimberlin and her parents.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m.
Private burial will be held after the service.
