(Man Fires Gun in Residence)
Date: Feb 5, 2023
On Feb 3, 2023 deputies were called to a residence in Murray, Ky to respond to an intoxicated subject. The investigation by deputies revealed that prior to their arrival David Oxley had wantonly discharged a firearm inside the residence. The manner in which this occurred demonstrated extreme indifference to the value of human life, creating a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to another person. He was arrested on the below listed charges and lodged at the Calloway County Detention Center.

(DUI Leads to Drug Arrest)

On Feb 4, 2023 while on patrol deputies observed a vehicle traveling on S 12th street in Murray, KY that was possibly operated by an intoxicated subject due to the manner he operated the vehicle. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver, Jonathan Drum, failed the standardized field sobriety tests. In the vehicle methamphetamine was located. He was arrested on the below listed charges and lodged at the Calloway County Detention Facility.
