Joann Copeland, age 72, of Mayfield, KY passed away November 12, 2022 at her residence.
She retired as co-owner of Copeland’s Orchard, and of the Baptist Faith.
Mrs. Copeland is survived by three sons; Jody (Tina) Parham, William R. “Rusty” Parham both of Mayfield, KY, and Tommy (Lisa) Copeland of Benton, KY; one sister, Kathy (Sammy) Myatt of Wingo, KY; four grandchildren; Joey Parham, Bell Parham, Courtney (Carl) Frizzell, and Tommy (Amy) Copeland; one great-grandchild, Ellie Copeland.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Copeland; one daughter, Stephanie Parham; grandson, Brad Copeland; one sister, Jean Miller; one brother, John R. Edwards; parents were John F. and Alta Whitt Edwards.
Funeral arrangements are scheduled for 1:00 PM Friday, November 18, 2022 at the Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Barry Pritchard will officiate. Interment will follow in the McKendree Cemetery. Tommy Copeland, Tommy Copeland, Trent Myatt, Trevor Myatt, Joey Parham, and Carl Frizzell will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM Friday November 18, 2022 at the Byrn Funeral Home.
