(MURRAY, Ky.) (Oct. 1, 2026) – A Murray man was found guilty Sept. 28 in Calloway County court in a case involving a child under the age of 12. The court has since amended the charge.
Randell Jones, 55, was originally charged with first-degree sexual abuse, a Class C felony. The court amended the charge to third-degree criminal abuse, a Class A misdemeanor. The case was presented by the Calloway County Sheriff’s Office, and Jones was indicted in July 2025.
