(CALVERT CITY, Ky.) — Two men were arrested on outstanding warrants in Marshall County following separate investigations, according to local law enforcement.
On July 29, an officer responded to a residence on East 7th Avenue in Calvert City in reference to an active warrant. Joseph Hunter Trivett, 29, of Calvert City, was served with a McCracken County warrant charging him with fraudulent use of a credit or debit card over $10,000 and first-degree unlawful access to a computer.
In a separate case, an officer responded to a restaurant on Kennedy Avenue on July 19 after an employee reported that her vehicle had been damaged by her ex-boyfriend. Following further investigation, a warrant was issued for the suspect.
On July 30, Joseph Jay Barrett, 21, of Benton, was arrested on a Marshall County warrant charging him with second-degree criminal mischief.
