(MARSHALL COUNTY, Ky.) — The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office reported four arrests over the weekend, including charges for DUI, drug possession, domestic assault and traffic violations.
On Aug. 1, 21-year-old Brady Gore of Hardin was stopped after deputies observed him disregard a stop sign. During the stop, deputies determined Gore was under the influence of alcohol. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, first offense, and disregarding a stop sign.
Also on Aug. 1, 37-year-old Michael Landry of Gilbertsville was stopped after deputies noticed his vehicle had a broken windshield. During the stop, a deputy detected the odor of marijuana. A further search turned up marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Landry was charged with improper/no windshield, failure to produce an insurance card, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On Aug. 2, deputies responded to a report of a domestic disturbance and found a victim had been assaulted, along with property damage at the residence. Dominick West, 26, of Calvert City was charged with fourth-degree assault (minor injury) and second-degree criminal mischief.
Also on Aug. 2, deputies stopped a vehicle after observing it driving erratically and failing to signal a turn. The driver, 45-year-old Ideli-Ambrocio Morales of Mexico, was found to be driving without a valid license and possessing an open alcoholic beverage container inside the vehicle. Morales was charged with no operator’s license, possession of an open alcohol container in a motor vehicle, failure of a non-owner operator to maintain required insurance (first offense), failure to produce an insurance card, no registration receipt, improper turning and failure to signal.
