(CALVERT CITY, Ky.) –A Calvert City man was arrested Sunday after police responded to a disturbance call and found him visibly intoxicated on a residential property.
Officers were dispatched to a residence on East 7th Avenue after a caller reported an unknown individual on his property causing problems. Upon arrival, the responding officer located the subject nearby.
The man was observed stumbling and struggling to speak clearly, and he admitted to officers that he had consumed a significant amount of alcohol.
Ru Jones, 23, of Calvert City was taken into custody and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
