Lora Marie Duncan Wood, 50, of Benton, passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at Baptist Health- Paducah Hospital.
She was born on July 27, 1975, to Lloyd Duncan and Denise Baker Duncan. Lora loved music, being around people, and making new friends. She was always happiest when spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Lora is survived by her son, Justin Staggs (Cami) of Benton; her daughter, Brittany Staggs of Benton; her mother, Denise Baker Duncan; two brothers, James Duncan and David Duncan; and five grandchildren, Emma, Adalynn, Octavia, Addison, and Gracelynn.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lloyd Duncan, as well as her daughter and son infant twins.
There will be no funeral services at this time.
