
(MURRAY, Ky.) — A Murray woman was taken into custody late Wednesday night after deputies discovered her in possession of illegal drugs while attempting to serve an arrest warrant at a Calloway County residence.
On April 23, 2026, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Calloway County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a residence on Saddlebrook Lane to serve an outstanding arrest warrant. During the course of that operation, deputies encountered Lisa Bebber, 65, of Murray, who was found to be in possession of controlled substances.
Bebber was arrested and lodged at the Calloway County Detention Center. She faces the following charges:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 3rd or Greater Offense — Methamphetamine (Class D Felony)
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
- Possession of Marijuana
According to authorities, Bebber has two prior convictions for methamphetamine possession dating back to 2021, making the current charge a felony offense.
