Marshall County Arrests: Four Individuals Taken Into Custody on Multiple Charges

(MARSHALL COUNTY, Ky.) — Four individuals were arrested or served warrants in Marshall County on Monday, March 24, 2026, on charges ranging from drug possession to burglary and assault.


Everette Tabor, 43, of Marion, Kentucky, was served an indictment warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court on a lengthy list of charges, including speeding 26 mph over the limit, first-degree fleeing or evading police, first-degree wanton endangerment, receiving stolen property, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) — second offense — possession of drug paraphernalia, and persistent felony offender status. Tabor was additionally served a warrant out of McCracken District Court for failure to appear in court.

Joshua Culp, 46, of Benton, Kentucky, was arrested on an indictment warrant out of Marshall Circuit Court on charges of second-degree assault, fourth-degree assault, menacing, and terroristic threatening.

Lozie Boddie, 29, of an unknown address, was arrested on an indictment warrant issued out of Marshall County Circuit Court on a charge of second-degree burglary.

Christopher Johnson, 41, of Benton, Kentucky, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall District Court for failure to appear in court.


All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
