(DRAFFENVILLE, Ky.)Marshall County High School senior Ethan Webber has officially signed to play college football at Midway University in Midway, Kentucky, capping off a standout career with the Marshals.
Webber spent four seasons with the Marshall County football program, earning a starting role over the final two years of his high school career. During his senior season, he was named a team captain and emerged as a vocal leader in the locker room and on the field — qualities that coaches and teammates credit with helping shape the program’s winning culture and team-first mentality.
On the field, Webber saved some of his best football for his final season, leading the Marshals in receiving yards and hauling in four touchdown receptions. His contributions as both a playmaker and a leader made him one of the most impactful players on the roster.
Webber will now take his talents to Midway University, an NAIA program located in Midway, Kentucky, as he looks to make an immediate impact at the next level.
