Calvert City Police Department – Arrest Report

(Calvert City, Ky.)-On March 3, 2026, an officer responded to a residence regarding a possible assault and property damage that had just occurred at Fivestar. After speaking with the victim and conducting a thorough investigation, an arrest warrant was obtained. On March 7, 2026, Christopher James Cowart, 48, of Calvert City, was arrested and charged with 12 counts of terroristic threatening 3rd degree, harassing communications, and harassment – physical contact – no injury.

On March 7, 2026, officers were dispatched to a residence regarding a disturbance between family members. Rachel H. Kolb, 53, of Calvert City, was arrested and charged with assault 4th degree (domestic violence) no visible injury.

On March 14, 2026, an officer observed a subject at Fivestar who appeared to be very intoxicated. After further investigation, Kenneth Lloyd Clouse, 39, of Calvert City, was arrested and charged with public intoxication – controlled substances (excludes alcohol), possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree – drug unspecified, and prescription controlled substance not in proper container 1st offense.

On March 14, 2026, an officer became aware of two city residents with active criminal summonses. The officer responded to a residence and served both individuals. Austin Hicks, 32, of Calvert City, was served a Marshall County criminal summons for possession of marijuana. Brittanie L. Goodman, 34, of Calvert City, was served a Marshall County criminal summons for possession of marijuana.

On March 14, 2026, an individual arrived at the police department regarding an active criminal summons. Rachel H. Kolb, 53, of Calvert City, was served a Marshall County criminal summons for assault 4th degree (domestic violence) no visible injury, menacing, and terroristic threatening 3rd degree. The incident occurred on January 28, 2026, but was not reported until March 7, 2026, during another incident at the same residence.

On March 14, 2026, officers responded to a business on Hollinger Road regarding a subject who struck someone and stole their vehicle. The victim was delivering food to the subject via DoorDash for the second time that day when he was struck in the head and his vehicle was stolen. A BOLO was issued through Central Dispatch to surrounding agencies. The McCracken County Sheriff’s Department located the vehicle and took the suspect into custody on a charge of receiving stolen property. An officer then responded to the McCracken County Jail, where Dagan Riley Clark, 20, of Philadelphia, MS, was charged with carjacking. The Calvert City Police Department would like to thank the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office for their assistance.

On March 14, 2026, officers were dispatched to a single-vehicle collision on South Main Street. Upon arrival, the vehicle was on its side with major damage, and the operator was out of the vehicle leaning against a tree. Multiple drugs and paraphernalia were located on scene. Due to his injuries, the operator was transported to Marshall County ER. Kenneth Lloyd Clouse, 39, of Calvert City, was cited with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st offense, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence, and possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree – drug unspecified.
