
(FRANKFORT, Ky.) – Attorney General Russell Coleman announced today that action by the Attorney General’s Special Prosecutions Unit resulted in the indictment of a Western Kentucky man on multiple felony charges including promoting a sexual performance by a minor, possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor and voyeurism.
A McCracken County Grand Jury indicted Ryan Conn, 41, on two counts of Promoting A Sexual Performance By A Minor Victim Under 16 (Class B Felony), two counts of Promoting A Sexual Performance By A Minor Victim Under 18 (Class C Felony), four counts of Possession of Matter Portraying Sexual Performance By A Minor Victim Under 18 (Class D Felony), Tampering with a Witness (Class D Felony), and Voyeurism (Class A Misdemeanor).
According to the indictment, between July and August 2024, Conn set up a hidden camera in various rooms of his Paducah home including the bathroom and guest room. He recorded four minors as young as 12 years old. Conn is also charged with voyeurism for a similar incident in February 2025 involving a woman.
The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office investigated the case. Assistant Attorney General Richie Kemp will prosecute the case on behalf of the Commonwealth.
