(DRAFFENVILLE, Ky.) — The Marshall County Lady Marshals closed out their regular season in impressive fashion Thursday night, defeating the Graves County Lady Eagles 45-33 to secure their 20th win of the season.
The Lady Marshals, now 20-4 on the year, will enter next week’s 4th District Tournament as the No. 2 seed, where they’ll open postseason play against Murray High at Reed Conder Gymnasium.
In the nightcap, the Marshall County Marshals completed a regular season sweep of the rival Eagles with a 55-46 victory, improving to 19-7 overall. The Marshals will now travel to Lyon County Friday night with a chance to reach the 20-win mark in their regular season finale.
