(BOWLING GREEN, Ky.) (February 6, 2026) – Kentucky State Police (KSP) Post 1 detectives have made an arrest following an indictment by the Marshall County Grand Jury in reference to the 2024 murder of Jesse Moore.
Through investigation, Haley Nelson, 39 years old of Bowling Green, was identified as a suspect. The case was presented to the Marshall County Grand Jury on Thursday, February 5, 2026. The Grand Jury returned an indictment and an arrest warrant was issued for the charges of Murder and Tampering with Physical Evidence. Nelson was arrested today, February 6, 2026, in Bowling Green and lodged at the Warren County Regional Jail.
