
The Eagles’ winning streak began Thursday, with a thrilling 51-49 home victory over Calloway County. The nail-biter came down to the wire, with CFS holding on for the two-point win.
Christian Fellowship (14-7) kept rolling two days later, dominating Foundation Christian Academy 72-51 at home Saturday. The Eagles controlled the game throughout, pulling away for the 21-point victory.
The team completed its three-game sweep last night, with a 56-45 road win over Trigg County, extending the winning streak to three games.
On the girls side, the Lady Eagles (9-13) fell to Calloway County last Thursday 91-11. CFS will look to bounce back when they host Pope County (Ill.) on Thursday evening, with tip-off scheduled for 5:30 p.m.
Both Christian Fellowship teams will travel to Murray High School on Friday night for a 4th District doubleheader beginning with the girls contest at 6 p.m.
