(CALVERT CITY, Ky.) (January 13, 2026) – A Marion woman faces harassment charges following an altercation with a co-worker at a local restaurant last month.
Racheal Michelle Houser, 30 was served a Marshall County criminal summons on January 8 for harassment involving physical contact with no injury.
The incident occurred on December 22, 2025, when police were contacted about a confrontation between two employees at a Calvert City restaurant. Following an investigation into the workplace dispute, authorities obtained a criminal summons against Houser.
The charge of harassment – physical contact – no injury is typically filed when physical contact occurs without causing bodily harm to the victim.
