(MAYFIELD, Ky.) — A 63-year-old Mayfield man faces multiple charges after police found him naked in a roadway swinging sticks following a disturbance call Sunday.
Leonard Starks was arrested January 5 after officers with the Mayfield Police Department responded to reports of a man in the roadway swinging a bat, according to police.
When officers arrived, they found Starks unclothed and holding two sticks, which he was swinging around. Police determined he was under the influence of illegal drugs.
Investigators said Starks had destroyed a significant amount of property inside a residence before the incident that prompted the call to police.
Starks was transported to the Graves County Restricted Custody Center, where he was charged with second-degree indecent exposure, menacing, public intoxication of a controlled substance, second-degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and first-degree criminal mischief.
