(CADIZ, Ky.)-The Marshall County High School Archery team captured first place at the Trigg County Arrowcat Holiday Classic this past weekend, with individual archers securing top finishes (scores below) in both boys and girls divisions.
On the girls side, junior Emmalee Downs took home the top individual honor with a first-place finish. Junior Kenna Wilcox earned second place, while freshman Braelynn Mcleod placed fifth and sophomore Riley Cox finished eighth.
Leading the boys competition, sophomore Caden Hibbs claimed first place, followed closely by junior Shane Wenzel in second. The Marshall County boys saw additional strong performances from junior Benjamin Trabuco (7th), sophomore Mason Forwood (8th), and junior Jace Linger (9th).
