
(ALMO, Ky.) — A 38-year-old Almo man is facing multiple felony charges after allegedly fleeing from deputies attempting to serve a warrant at his residence Thursday night.
Jeremy O. Littleton was arrested December 12, 2025, at approximately 9:30 p.m. when Calloway County Sheriff’s deputies arrived at his home to serve a bench warrant, according to authorities.
Upon the deputies’ arrival, Littleton reportedly fled through the back door of the residence and ran into a nearby wooded area. He was later located and taken into custody. During the incident, deputies recovered a handgun believed to belong to Littleton.
Court records indicate Littleton was previously convicted of felony drug charges in 2017.
Littleton was transported to the Calloway County Detention Center and charged with fleeing or evading police in the second degree on foot, a Class D felony, and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, also a Class D felony. He was also served with the outstanding Calloway County bench warrant for failure to appear on a flagrant nonsupport charge.
