
(CALLOWAY COUNTY, Ky.)— A New Concord man faces multiple drug trafficking charges after detectives discovered significant quantities of narcotics in his possession on Thursday.
Paul E. Jackson, 58, was arrested by the Calloway County Narcotics Division at approximately 9:30 a.m. on December 5, 2025. According to investigators, Jackson was found in possession of one-half pound of methamphetamine, 1.5 ounces of cocaine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia consistent with trafficking operations.
Jackson has been charged with trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree for methamphetamine (Class C felony), trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree for cocaine (Class C felony), possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana.
The arrest comes as Jackson was already out on bond from a previous case. In May, the Calloway County Grand Jury indicted him on charges of receiving stolen property valued at over $1,000.
