
(CALLOWAY COUNTY, Ky.) — A 42-year-old Almo man with a lengthy criminal history has been charged with drug-related offenses following a months-long investigation by local authorities.
Justin Hanks was charged on December 5, 2025, by deputies with the Calloway County Narcotics Division with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), a Class D felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The charges stem from an investigation that began in October.
Hanks is currently being held at the Calloway County Detention Center on a parole violation warrant related to theft charges. According to authorities, he has been convicted of drug-related offenses more than three times, with his criminal record dating back to 2013.
