
(BENTON, Ky.) — Eddie Stone is closing the book on a distinguished 21-year career in law enforcement, retiring from his position as a Court Security Officer with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office.
Stone began his law enforcement career with the Calloway County Sheriff’s Office, where he served for seven years before transitioning to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office. During his tenure in Marshall County, Stone took on multiple responsibilities, serving as the county’s Custodian of Evidence and as a Court Security Officer.
His retirement marks the end of more than two decades of public service dedicated to maintaining safety and security in the local court system and broader law enforcement community.
Colleagues and community members have expressed their gratitude for Stone’s years of service as he embarks on the next chapter of his life.
