
(BENTON, Ky.) – The Marshall County Fiscal Court will convene for its regular meeting on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.
The court will recognize the Marshall County High School girls golf team as special guests during the session.
Among the items on the agenda, magistrates will review correspondence from the animal shelter regarding a free adoption month initiative.
The court is scheduled to approve minutes from its November 18th meeting before taking up several new business items. These include establishing the 2026 holiday schedule, making board appointments, and approving new hires. Magistrates will also consider rescheduling the February 3rd meeting.
Additional agenda items include budget transfers and payment of bills.
The court will enter executive session to discuss litigation and personnel matters, which are closed to the public under Kentucky’s Open Meetings Act.
The meeting is open to the public, and citizens are encouraged to attend.
