(BENTON, Ky.) – The Marshall County Fiscal Court will convene for its regular meeting on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at the Marshall County Courthouse, 1101 Main Street.
Marshall County High Golfers to be Honored
The meeting will begin with a special recognition of the Marshall County High School boys golf team, who will appear as guests before the court.

The fiscal court will also enter executive session to discuss litigation and personnel matters, which are closed to the public under Kentucky’s Open Meetings Act.
Following the executive session, the court is expected to adjourn.
