(CALLOWAY COUNTY, Ky.) — A New Concord man faces felony charges after deputies discovered he was driving a stolen pickup truck during a traffic stop Tuesday morning.
Calloway County Sheriff’s deputies pulled over a 2025 GMC Sierra on Magness Road at approximately 7:30 a.m. on November 5, 2025. During the stop, deputies determined the vehicle had been reported stolen to the Murray Police Department.
The driver, identified as Billy G. McCuiston, 46, of New Concord, was taken into custody at the scene without incident. He was transported to the Calloway County Detention Facility and charged with Receiving Stolen Property valued at $10,000 or more, a Class C felony.
