(PADUCAH, Ky.) – Paducah Tilghman High School’s head baseball coach Tremayne Donald was arrested Thursday evening following an alleged domestic disturbance.

According to a Kentucky Incident-Based Reporting System (KYIBRS) narrative released by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Paducah Police officers were dispatched to a home at approximately 9:38 p.m. on October 30, 2025, in response to a physical disturbance call.

The caller reported being on the phone and said, “call the police and stop hitting me.” Upon arriving at the address, officers observed the caller pulling out of the driveway and stopped the vehicle to make contact.

When the caller exited the vehicle, officers observed a braid of hair in the driveway. The caller stated she was attempting to leave the home when Donald grabbed her by the hair and slammed her head into the wall and floor multiple times, according to the report.

The caller further alleged that Donald grabbed the individual by the neck at one point, choking her. The individual complained of head pain but refused medical attention at the scene.

Officers made contact with Donald inside the residence, where a verbal argument was reportedly taking place between the two parties. According to the report, Donald stated that he “never put his hands on her.”

Officers observed an earring lying on the floor of the hallway, and photographs were taken via Axon body camera capture.

Donald was lodged at the McCracken County Regional Jail. Officer Hunerkoch took a written statement and photographs of injuries as part of the investigation.
