MARSHALL COUNTY, Ky. — Marshall County Judge/Executive Kevin Spragga has officially proclaimed October 28 as “First Responders Appreciation Day” in Marshall County, recognizing the dedication and sacrifice of those who protect and serve the community.

The proclamation honors professional and volunteer firefighters, police officers, dispatchers, emergency medical technicians, and paramedics throughout the county.
