(MURRAY, Ky.) – A sinkhole opened in the parking lot of Cinco Hermanos Taco shop, located between Alex Pharmacy and Murray Auto Spa, according the Murray Police Department.
The collapse occurred near a parked truck, but the vehicle’s occupants were not injured in the incident.
Officials confirmed that the sinkhole is confined to the parking lot area and does not affect any nearby roadways. No utility lines were damaged or endangered by the collapse.
The cause of the sinkhole remains under investigation.
