(CALVERT CITY, Ky.) — A Calvert City man faces domestic violence charges after his wife was involved in a single-vehicle crash that led investigators to uncover an earlier assault.
Nathan Tuggle, 45, of 2617 Gilbertsville Highway, was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) with minor injury following an incident on October 14, 2025.
Officers were initially dispatched to a single-vehicle collision on U.S. Highway 62. During the course of their investigation into the crash, authorities determined that the driver had been assaulted by her husband earlier that morning.
The investigation led to Tuggle’s arrest on the domestic violence charge.
