
(PADUCAH, Ky.) – The Kentucky Golf Coaches Association announced its 2025 All-Region Teams for Region 1 on Thursday, with Marshall County’s Trinity Beth claiming Kentucky Miss Golf honors as Marshall County and McCracken County high schools dominated both boys’ and girls’ competition.
2025 All-State Champions
The KGCA also recognized this year’s state champions across multiple categories:
- Girls Team Champions: Lexington Christian Academy
- Boys Team Champions: St. Xavier
- Kentucky Miss Golf: Trinity Beth
- Kentucky Mister Golf: Parker Geldhof
Girls’ Competition
Marshall County junior Trinity Beth earned a remarkable triple honor, capturing the Girls Individual State Championship, Region 1 Player of the Year, and Kentucky Miss Golf recognition after accumulating the highest point total in the KGCA All State Points system during the competitive season. Beth also secured a spot on the First Team All-Region.
Joining Beth on the First Team were Madison Glisson of Ballard Memorial (2026), Emlie Miller of Graves County (2030), McCall Moore of Paducah Tilghman (2027), and Marshall County’s CeCelia Ray (2027).
Marshall County’s depth was on full display in the Second Team selections, placing four golfers on the squad. Brooklyn Cunningham (2028), Kelli Roberts (2028), Charlee Murphy (2029), and Ella Shelbourne of McCracken County (2028) all tied for the fifth and final ranked position.
McCracken County’s Harper Hunt (2029) led the Second Team selections, joined by Trigg County’s Emma Dowell (2026) and Graves County’s Roxie Wilson (2030), who also tied for fifth place.
Boys’ Competition
McCracken County senior Landon Hunt captured Player of the Year honors on the boys’ side, leading a dominant showing by the Mustangs that placed four golfers on the First Team All-Region.
Hunt was joined on the First Team by teammates Dallas Vinson (2026), Jack Farmery (2027), and Evan Hack (2028), along with Marshall County’s Ryan Stokes (2026).
The Second Team featured a balanced representation, with Marshall County placing three golfers: Paxton Carter (2027), Brooks Lamb (2026), and Gage Norman (2029). McCracken County’s Tanner Kight (2026) and Graves County’s Maddux O’Guinn (2026) rounded out the Second Team selections.
The All-Region Teams recognize student-athletes who demonstrated exceptional performance throughout the season based on the official KGCA All State Points system.
