Marshall County Daily is getting a facelift! While the newsroom undergoes changes behind the scenes, we won’t force you to have to endure that on here! Readers can rest assured that the quality local journalism they’ve come to expect from their only local daily news source remains unchanged.
“We identified a need to update our site,” said Jeremy Rose, General Manager of The Daily. “Our WCBL and WCCK listeners will now be able to simply pull up our website to enjoy our programming, just a click away at the top of the new homepage that’s chocked full of news and information.”
The redesigned site will feature easier navigation and streamlined content, making it simpler for readers to find the local information they need. News, sports, weather, and obituaries will all be more accessible in the updated format.
In a fun addition to the site, The Daily has added “The Sweet Potato,” a hometown satire section, to the front page for easy access.
“We want to allow our users the local information they are used to getting and we want to give them a reason to maybe have a laugh, too,” Rose said. “In today’s time, it is important to have a moment or two each day to breathe and enjoy!”
The new marshallcountydaily.com is expected to launch this weekend.
While the look may change, Marshall County Daily’s commitment to serving the community with reliable, local news remains the same.
