
(MAYFIELD, Ky) — FNB Bank has announced that Terry Bradley has joined the institution as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, bringing more than four decades of banking experience to the leadership role.
Bradley will oversee the bank’s daily operations and lead strategic initiatives, FNB Bank officials said. His appointment comes as the 150-year-old financial institution continues to expand its presence across western Kentucky.
“Terry brings extensive banking knowledge and decades of experience that make him a strong asset at FNB Bank,” said Sally Hopkins, Chairman of the Board at FNB Bank. “His strategic insight and people-centered leadership approach align with our mission to serve our customers and communities with integrity and care.”
Bradley’s banking career spans 41 years, beginning in 1984. Throughout his tenure in the industry, he has held positions across multiple disciplines, including retail banking, investments, accounting, trust services, finance, deposit operations, client experience, deposit strategy, and treasury management. He earned his Certified Treasury Professional designation in 2008.
Bradley is active in the community, currently involved with Paducah Day Nursery & Learning Center, Sprocket, and the Mayfield Downtown Farmers Market. He and his wife, Stephanie, reside in the Mayfield-Graves County area.
