(MAYFIELD, Ky.) — Emergency responders successfully extinguished a fire at the recently opened Hampton Inn in Mayfield on Tuesday, according to the Graves County Sheriff’s Office.
The Mayfield Fire Department and Mayfield Graves County Fire and Rescue responded to the incident at the hotel, which had only recently begun operations in the area.
Officials confirmed the fire has been fully extinguished. The Graves County Sheriff’s Office did not immediately release information regarding the cause of the fire, extent of damage, or whether there were any injuries.
