(CALVERT CITY, Ky.)-American Legion Post 236 will begin its traditional turkey shoots this Friday evening at the Legion Hall on Highway 95, located between North Marshall Middle School and the Calvert Drive-in.
The weekly event will take place every Friday night starting at 6:00 p.m., offering participants a chance to win various food items throughout the evening.
Each session consists of 10 rounds of shooting, with entry for the full night priced at $40 per person. Winners of each round will receive specific food products, culminating in a turkey giveaway during the final round.
The turkey shoots provide both entertainment and an opportunity for community members to gather while competing for prizes. Interested participants can arrive at 6:00 p.m. on Friday evenings to take part in the event.
