Oklahoma Man Arrested Following Drug Raid on Spruce Street

(MURRAY, Ky.) – Calloway County Sheriff’s Office detectives seized nearly 1.5 pounds of methamphetamine, half an ounce of cocaine, and $3,300 in cash during a search warrant execution Monday afternoon.

The operation took place around 1:00 p.m. at a residence on Spruce Street in Murray as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation. Deputies were assisted by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office and Kentucky State Police.

Milique D. Simmons, 31, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, was arrested at the scene and faces multiple charges:

  • Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense (more than 2 grams of methamphetamine) – Class C felony
  • Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense (more than 4 grams of cocaine) – Class C felony
  • Possession of Marijuana
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
