
(BENTON, Ky.) – The Marshall County Fiscal Court will convene for a special called meeting on Monday, September 15, 2025, at 9:00 AM to discuss several key community initiatives and administrative matters.
Key Agenda Items
Inclusive Playground Project
Court members will review bids for an inclusive playground project at Mike Miller Park, marking a significant step toward improving accessibility and recreational opportunities for all county residents.
Aurora Plant Demolition
The court will address the demolition of the Aurora plant, including consideration of a contract with Paul Cloud Engineering for the project. This agenda item suggests the county is moving forward with plans to remove the facility.
Budget and Financial Matters
