(BENTON, Ky.) – The Sky’s Not The Limit organization has announced details for their upcoming 5K Run/Walk scheduled for Friday, September 20th.
The race will take place at H. H. Lovett Park (1600 Park Avenue) in Benton, with registration opening at 7:30 AM and closing at 8:30 AM. Pre-race announcements will precede the 9:00 AM start time for all participants.
Registration remains open online through the organization’s registration portal, with payment options including Venmo or cash and check payments accepted on race day. Organizers encourage early registration to ensure a smooth check-in process.
Following the completion of the 5K, participants and community members are invited to stay for a post-race celebration beginning at 10:00 AM. The festivities will feature local food trucks, live music, and additional entertainment.
The Sky’s Not The Limit 5K represents the organization’s ongoing community outreach efforts toward suicide awareness and prevention in Marshall County. Race organizers Hanna Holsapple and Emma Hack stated that they look forward to seeing participants and supporters at the September 20th gathering.
