(BENTON, Ky.) — Seafords Lawn Equipment has once again demonstrated its commitment to the Marshall County community by donating a new Ferris 48-inch zero-turn mower to Marshall County Caring Needline’s annual fundraising raffle.
The Benton-based business has maintained a strong partnership with the local nonprofit organization for several years, consistently stepping up to support their mission of helping families in need throughout Marshall County.
“Seafords has been incredibly generous to us over the years,” said Hollie Darnall, Director of Needline. The company’s history of giving includes providing a new generator to help the organization recover after the devastating 2021 tornado that swept through the region. Last year, they donated a complete set of Stihl battery-powered equipment for the annual raffle.
This year’s donation of the zero-turn mower continues that tradition of substantial support. The commercial-grade Ferris mower represents a significant contribution that will help raise funds for Needline’s ongoing efforts to assist local families facing financial hardships.
Raffle tickets for the mower are $10 a piece and currently available at multiple locations throughout Marshall County. Community members can purchase tickets at the Marshall County Caring Needline office, WCBL Radio, or by contacting any Marshall County Caring Needline Board Member.
Marshall County Caring Needline provides emergency assistance to local families, helping with utilities, food, and other essential needs. The organization relies heavily on community donations and fundraising events like this annual raffle to continue serving the county’s most vulnerable residents.
