(BENTON, Ky.) – The Benton Woman’s Club is inviting community members to participate in their annual “Paint the Town Pink” Golf Tournament, scheduled for Friday, August 29th at 9:00 AM at the Benton Country Club.
The tournament serves as a fundraising event to support local women battling breast, ovarian, and cervical cancer. All proceeds from the event will remain in the local area to provide assistance to women undergoing treatment for these cancers.
Community members can participate as golfers in the tournament or contribute as sponsors. The organization is encouraging residents to consider both options to maximize support for the cause.
The “Paint the Town Pink” initiative reflects the Woman’s Club’s commitment to supporting women’s health issues in the community. By keeping all funds raised locally, the organization ensures that donations directly benefit women in the Benton area who are facing cancer diagnoses.
Those interested in participating as golfers or sponsors can contact the Benton Woman’s Club for registration information and sponsorship opportunities.
The tournament represents an opportunity for the community to come together in support of local women during their cancer journeys while enjoying a day of golf at the Benton Country Club.
