(DRAFFENVILLE, Ky.) – Marshall County’s soccer team saw their perfect record become nearly perfect Tuesday evening, as the Marshals settled for a thrilling 3-3 tie against visiting Ohio County at the Colburn Soccer Complex.

Houston Johnson, Maddox Konrad, and Davis Hunt each found the back of the net for the Marshals in what proved to be an offensive showcase for both squads.

Despite taking the early advantage, Marshall County was unable to put away their visitors, as Ohio County’s persistent attack kept pace throughout the match.

The Marshals (2-0-1) will look to return to their winning ways Thursday when they host former district rival Calloway County in a girls/boys doubleheader at home in Draffenville.
