
(SHELBYVILLE, Ky.) – The Lady Marshals golf team delivered an impressive performance at the Shelby Co Lady Rocket Invitational on Thursday, July 24, capturing second place with a team score of 315 at Weissinger Hills Golf Course.
Leading the charge for the Lady Marshals was Trinity Beth, who fired a stellar round of 71 to earn individual second place honors. Beth’s exceptional round featured five birdies and an eagle, showcasing the precision and skill that helped propel her team to the runner-up position.
The Lady Marshals received strong contributions from their entire lineup. Kelli Roberts carded an 80 to finish tied for 14th place, while Cecelia Ray shot an 81 to secure a tie for 16th. Brooklyn Cunningham added to the team’s birdie total with three of her own en route to an 83, earning her a tie for 23rd place. Rounding out the scoring was Charlee Murphy, who posted an 88 to finish tied for 33rd.
