On 06/13/2025, Carolyn Mathias (35) a resident of the Marshall County Jail, was served a warrant issued out of Warren County for the charge of failure to appear in court.

On 06/14/2025, Nathan Barnes (44) of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with assault 4th degree.
On 06/16/2025, Joshua Burrow (44) of Cadiz KY, was arrested and charged with criminal Mischief 2nd degree when deputies responded to a disturbance at a residence on US 641S in Marshall County. Burrows was also arrested on 3 outstanding bench warrants. One warrant was issued out of McCracken District Court and 2 were issued out of Henderson District Court. All warrants were for the charge of failure to appear.

On 06/24/2025, Trey Foley (30) of Benton KY, was arrested on a criminal Complaint warrant issued out of Marshall District Court for the charge of terroristic threatening.

On 06/25/2025, Jimmy Myers (64) of Benton KY, was served an indictment warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charge of trafficking in a controlled substance 1st offense (methamphetamine). Myers was also served a second indictment warrant for the charges of trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree (opiates), trafficking in a controlled substance (fentanyl), possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), possession of drug paraphernalia and prescription controlled substance not in proper container.

On 06/27/2025, Anthony Whitfield (60) of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Scott County Circuit Court for the charge of failure to appear in court. Mr. Whitfield was also wanted out of the state of IL. Mr. Whitfield was charged for being a fugitive from justice.
On 06/28/2025, Anthony Davis (27) of Murray KY, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass 1st degree for being at a residence he had previously been trespassed from.
On 06/30/2025, Bobbie Adams (61) of Benton KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Logan County District Court for the charge of failure to appear.
On 06/30/2025, Timothy Thomas (45) of Cullman AL, was arrested when deputies responded to Dollar General on Hwy 95 in Marshall County due to a male reportedly there and appeared to be under the influence. Thomas was charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and public intoxication.
On 06/30/2025, Melissa Ann Katherine Inman (54) of Paducah KY, was arrested after deputies received a complaint of her walking on I24 in Marshall County. Inman was charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (cocaine), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
On 07/01/2025, Martyn Andrews (51) of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested when the vehicle that he was operating was stopped on Lone Valley Rd in Gilbertsville. Mr. Andrews was charged with operating a motor vehicle on a DUI suspended licenses and failure to signal.
On 07/01/2025, Jason Rosson (48) of Benton KY, was arrested when deputies responded to a disturbance on Breezeel School Road in Marshall County. Rosson was charged with public intoxication (controlled substances).
On 07/03/2025, Jason Rylee (44) of Hardin KY, was arrested on a criminal complaint warrant issued out of Marshall District Court for the charges of Burglary 3rd degree and theft.
On 07/06/2025, Wattie Whitfield (28) of Benton KY, was arrested when the vehicle that he was operating was stopped on Poplar Street in Benton. Mr. Whitfield was charged with no operators license, operating a motor vehicle under the influence 1st offense and reckless driving.
On 07/06/2025, Brett Bivins (70) of Benton KY, was arrested when his ATV was involved in a crash, flipping over into a ditch on Scale Rd in Marshall County. Mr. Bivins was found to be under the influence and was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st offense and all terrain violations. The passenger of the ATV was Austin Bryant (27) of Benton KY. He was also arrested and charged with disorderly conduct 2nd degree, resisting arrest and alcohol intoxication in a public place.
