Calvert City, KY (May 27, 2025) – On May 20, 2025 officers responded to a residence in an attempt to serve an active warrant. Contact was made with the subject and the warrant was served. Adam T. Brien, 40, of Calvert City was arrested on a Marshall County Warrant for harassment (no physical contact).On May 24, 2025 an officer observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed on US 62 near Fivestar. Upon initiating a traffic stop and making contact with the operator, the officer could detect the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from inside the vehicle. Upon further investigation, Deena Ann Breeden, 45, of Eddyville was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st offense, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, and speeding (70/55). CCPD was assisted by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office.
On May 25, 2025 an officer responded to the Kentucky Dam Marina parking lot in reference to a woman who was reported to be acting strange, asking people for help, and talking to herself. Contact was made with the female. It was determined that she was under the influence and had the odor of alcohol coming from her person. She was arrested but refused to give any identifying information. Jailers at the Marshall County Detention Center were able to provide her identity. Casey R. Morgan, 29, of Murray was arrested and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
