Calvert City, KY (May 12, 2025) – On May 04, 2025 an officer made a traffic stop on a vehicle that was seen leaving a residence under observation. While speaking to the operator of the vehicle the odor of marijuana was detected. After further investigation, Caitlynn D. Ramage, 32, of Grand Rivers was arrested and charged with driving on a DUI suspended license 2nd offense, possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. CCPD was assisted by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office.On May 07, 2025 an officer observed a vehicle traveling on US 62 in which the operator was known to have an active bench warrant. A traffic stop was made, and contact was made with the operator. Mark Mabry Hayes, 39, of Calvert City was arrested on a Marshall County Warrant for probation violation (for felony offense). He was also charged with failure of owner to maintain required insurance 1st offense.
