On 05/05/2025, Michael Randle (42) of Calvert City KY, was arrested when the vehicle that he was operating was stopped on I69 in Marshall County. He was charged with driving on a DUI suspended license 2nd offense, no insurance 2nd offense and operating motor vehicle without required interlock device.
On 05/05/2025, Edward Williams (37) of Mayfield KY, was served a bench warrant issued out of Ballard District Court for the charge of failure to pay court costs.
On 05/04/2025, Amy Stice (43) of Benton KY, was arrested when deputies located her walking down Big Bear Hwy following a citizen complaint of a suspicious subject in the area. Deputies located Stice and found that she had entered a structure and removed items. Stice was charged with criminal trespassing 3rd degree and theft by unlawful taking.
On 05/04/2025, deputies responded to residence on US Hwy 62 in Marshall County due to someone entering the residence and removing items. Deputies with the assistance of Calvert Police Department were able to identify and locate the subjects on Cedar Street in Calvert City. Jacob Burpo (43) of Calvert City was arrested and charged with Burglary 2nd degree. Also charged with Michael Mitchell (55) of Grand Rivers KY. Mr. Mitchell was located leaving Burpo’s residence with some of the stolen items. Mr. Mitchell was charged with burglary 2nd degree, no license and no insurance.
On 05/04/2025, Stacy Clark (48) of Benton KY, was arrested when deputies received a call of a female acting out of the normal at an apartment complex on Village Rd. Deputies located Ms. Clark and charged her with public intoxication, possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.
On 05/04/2025, Brian Leathers (47) of Benton KY, was arrested from a residence on Walnut Grove Road in Benton KY. Leathers was served a bench warrant issued out of Calloway Circuit Court for the charge of failure to appear in court. Leathers was also served another bench warrant issued out of Calloway Circuit Court for the charge of Bail Jumping 1st degree.
On 05/02/2025, deputies attempted to stop a vehicle on US 62 W in Marshall County for speeding 91mph in a 55mph zone. Subject accelerated to verified speed of 108mph in a 55mph zone when deputy attempted to stop him. Subject eventually stopped and was arrested. Operator was identified as Zachary Spencer (19) of Paducah KY. Mr. Spencer was charged with speeding, reckless driving, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and possession of an open alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle.
On 05/01/2025, Ronald Fleet (50) of Benton KY, was arrested on 3 bench warrants issued out of Marshall Circuit Court all for the charge of failure to appear.
On 04/30/2025, Michael Hendley (43) of Morehead KY, was arrested and served 3 bench warrants issued out of Graves Circuit Court all for the charge of probation violation.
