04/28/2025, Dalen Dunn (35) of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with false reporting an incident which generates an emergency response. Dunn had called and reported that there was a gunman at an apartment complex and the subject was threatening to shoot everyone. After reviewing video recordings during the time frame in question, it was determined that there was never a gunman on the property.
On 04/28/2025, Jasmin Veljacic (36) of Vine Grove KY, was arrested when the vehicle that he was operating was stopped on I69 in Marshall County. Mr. Veljacic was charged with driving on a DUI suspended license 3rd offense, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance 3rd offense, tampering with physical evidence, wanton endangerment 1st degree, trafficking in a controlled substance 1st offense (fentanyl), trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine) possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance and trafficking in a legend drug.
On 04/27/2025, Billy Brandon (66) of Dexter KY, was arrested when the vehicle that he was operating was stopped on I24 in Marshall County. Mr. Brandon was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine) 2nd or greater offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance and other traffic offenses.
On 04/29/2025, Justin Hardy (41) of Benton KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charge of probation violation.

Mr. McGlinchey was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle on a suspended license and other traffic offenses.

On 04/23/2025, Julie Currington (47) of an unknown address was arrested for criminal trespassing 3rd degree when deputies received a call that she was on a property that she had previously been advised to stay off of.
On 04/22/2025, Steven Talley (48) of Grand Rivers KY, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 2nd offense (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia when deputies were called to an apartment due to male being on property and refusing to leave.
