Jacquie Pope, age 94, of Lone Oak, Kentucky passed away at 7:30 a.m. Friday, February 7, 2025 at the Providence Pointe Nursing & Rehab Center. Jacquie was born on September 6, 1930 in Crittenden County, Kentucky to the late Wafford Miles and Jeanie Irene Kirk Miles. Jacquie was a long time member of the Lone Oak United Methodist Church. Jacquie was a retired beautician, and enjoyed ceramics, meeting with her ceramic friends. She loved working in her vegetable garden.
Survivors include two sons, David (Candace) Pope, Paducah, Kentucky and Dan (Rebecca) Pope, Lone Oak, Kentucky; one sister, Marge Ozment, Reidland, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Cullen (Meagan) Pope, Reid (McKenzie) Pope and Addie Pope; two step-grandchildren, Jessica Doss and Samantha (Jason) Hlad; two great- grandchildren, Miles and Saylor Pope; two step great-grandchildren, Zelda Hlad and Alessa Hlad; several nieces and nephews.
Preceding in death was her husband, Charles Anderson Pope; three brothers, Wafford Miles, Jr., James R. Miles and Billy Miles.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, February 14, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the Brookhill Cemetery on North Friendship Road in Lone Oak with Revs. Ben Boone and Connor Williams officiating.
