Loretta “Shorty” Reagan, age 97 of Kevil, Kentucky passed away at 6:58 a.m. Monday, January 27, 2025 at Providence Pointe Nursing & Rehab Center. Loretta was born on August 2, 1927 in Paragould, Arkansas to the late George Allen Bryant and Nancy Ella Martin Bryant. Loretta attended Heartland Worship Center. She retired after many years of cooking on boats for barge lines and bar tending. Loretta enjoyed time with family, especially being able to cook and prepare a meal for them. Loretta loved having a good time and fellowship with friends and family.
Survisors include four daughters, Sandra Charllis, Kevil, Kentucky, Sharon Clark, West Paducah, Kentucky, Patricia McBride, Kevil, Kentucky, and Brenda (Saied) McDonald, Garden Grove, California; four sons, Lonnie (Cory) Reagan, Elk Grove, California, Timothy Reagan, Carrolton, Texas, Daniel (Della) Reagan, Kevil, Kentucky and Michael (Sherry) Reagan, West Paducah, Kentucky; 19 grandchildren, 27 great- grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Preceding in death was one daughter, Georgia Cornwell; parents; grand-daughter, Karla Jane Clark; son-in-law, Tony McBride, three sisters and nine brothers.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 3, 2025 at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home with Rev. John Aitken officiating. Entombment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will begin on Monday, February 3, 2025 from 11:00 am until service hour of 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
