Wanda Poole, 87 of Calvert City, KY died on Thursday, December 19, 2024, at Lake Way Nursing & Rehabilitation in Benton, KY.
Mrs. Poole was a cherished member of Hardin Baptist Church and considered the other members there her family.
Born Monday, May 3, 1937 in Olaton, KY, she was the daughter of the late Briton Young and the late Bertha (Faught) Young. She was the wife of the late Stephen “Steve” Poole.
She is survived by her sister, Beverly Poole of Benton, KY.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Stephen Poole; daughter, Leslie Prater; and brothers, Gerald Young and Eddie Young.
A graveside service will be at 2:00 PM on Sunday, December 22, 2024 at Marshall County Memory Gardens in Benton, KY with the Rev. Ricky Cunningham officiating.
Interment will follow the service.
There will be no public visitation.
